POCO F7 Series Launch: Pro & Ultra Specs, Price, Features & Everything You Need to Know

POCO’s F7 series is going to be launched this week and even before its launch, this series has created a stir in the mobile market with its amazing features. Two POCO phones are going to be launched in this series – POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra. Before this, F6 Pro was launched in the F series only last year. POCO has already spread the specifications of POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra on social media before its launch. Knowing this, people have become even more excited about POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra.

Features of POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra:

Processor: First let’s talk about the processor of POCO F7 Pro, POCO F7 Pro phone is going to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, it cannot be called the latest processor but it is a good and suitable processor and if we talk about F5 Pro, F6 Pro, then F5 Pro had Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and F6 Pro had Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.

In POCO F7 Ultra you are going to see Snapdragon 8 Elite processor which is a new and great processor. And this is a good gaming processor which can give users a graphic experience of up to 120FPS, now on the day of launch, it will be known how many FPS this phone can support games like BGMI.

According to the processor in these phones, the AnTuTu score is also very good. POCO F7 Pro phone with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor gives an AnTuTu score of up to 2065265, while POCO F7 Ultra gives an AnTuTu score of up to 2580520, which is great for gaming and running high graphic apps.

Display: After the processor, let’s talk about the display. Both these phones are going to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1440p+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. I think 120Hz refresh rate is good for POCO F7 Pro, but POCO F7 Ultra should have had a refresh rate of 144Hz. And the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor in this phone is going to be better than the old F6.

OS: Both these phones are going to have Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 and both these phones are going to come with Android 15 and POCO will provide the next two Android updates in these phones. The latest Google’s Gemini and HyperAI are going to come in these phones.

Camera: The camera has not been fully revealed yet, but according to the rumor, the POCO F7 Pro can have a 50MP OIS primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide setup and a 20MP selfie camera is expected to come in the front.
If we talk about the POCO F7 Ultra, then we can see 50MP along with 32MP ultrawide and 50MP 2.5x telephoto camera on the back side and a 32MP selfie camera will be available in the front.

Battery: The POCO F7 Pro phone is expected to come with a large battery of 6000mAh and will also have 90w fast charging support. There is no information yet whether this phone will have wireless support or not.
But the POCO F7 Ultra is going to have a 5300mAh battery along with 120w wired charging and 50w wireless charging support.

These phones are going to have IP68 dust & water resistance support, which will prevent your phone from getting inside the phone if it falls in water along with dust.

Launch date and Expected price

The POCO F7 series date has come, it is going to be launched in Singapore on March 27 this week. The launch event will start on March 27, 2025 at 16:00 GMT+8 according to global time.
Now let’s talk about the price. Officially the price hasn’t been announced yet but as per the rumors, POCO F7 Pro will be priced at 399 Euros, $419 and around Rs. 29,999 in India.
Talking about POCO F7 Ultra, this phone can be a bit more expensive. It can start from 479 Euros, $499 and around Rs. 39,999 in India.
